Globaliser- your neighbor may have gotten the FT delivered because it's so much cheaper- and the reason subscriptions are cheaper is that then they can sell their subscriber list. FT's would be particularly valuable- generally people employed at very good jobs or retired but with enough investments that they want to keep in touch with the business world.
I just hope the London Times stays around- it's one of my happy rituals when I'm in London over a weekend to pick up the Sunday Times and read through most of it. I always learn new things.
