It was rather a poor report.

But it confirmed that the crew were LON and FRA based, although possibly all living in the UK. They'd all had plenty of rest period, just didn't use it for (much) sleeping before setting off to ARN for this flight.

The report's conclusions, though, are complete rubbish. The cause of the incident was clearly the crew taxiing the aircraft before the tug or the ground crew had got themselves clear of the aircraft post-pushback. What the report concentrates on is the lower-level contributory factors.

However, reading the CVR transcript is also rather depressing. Would you get that much indiscipline on a pax flight?
