HMM - I guess it's not Barbados. It looks different on my laptop than on my Palm Pilot.

I did not see the "poem", but those are the words of the Eagles' song "Hotel California", but I don't think that is the coast of California. However the "Hotel California" is about a hotel in the Baja Peninsula, but that can't be the location because it doesn't look Mexican enough.

As to the connection to the words - no clue.

Quote:
On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night

OK, I looked up the words to Hotel California and the "sweet smell of colitas" could mean the bud of the marajuana plant or it could mean the pine smelling canabis that grows in Northern California and when smoked, gives off a pine smell. Where I'm going with this, I do not know. I'll quit while I am ahead - or am I?

Now the ship is one of the Princess Lines - and the Sapphire Princess or the Diamond Princess. Both ships do the Mexican Riveia - so I'm back there.
